    No I didnt stay in this hotel It was impossible to afford at my student possibilities.
    But I am sure that you can have a possibility to take a coffee on the terraces looking the lac Geneva.You can also just visit the hotel as a museum

    The staff were reasonably friendly and the room was absolutely fine - clean and quiet. You get a free drink with you meal at the Pirate restaurant next door and the breakfast is excellent. You can save some money by getting a hotel with a 'city view' as opposed to a view over the lake, but don't expect an actual 'city view' - we got a car park. Not that this mattered, as it's best to take advantage of the lake view on one of the many bars etc. facing it.

    Great breakfast, big rooms. Staff could be a little more friendly.
