Dom is the middle peak
So many to choose from here but the walk to the Britannia hut was memorable for the clear blue skies, the sunshine as it warmed (and burned!) our faces as we did this shortish hke - energy sappig at altitude though! The views of the glaciers and mountains around was stunning. We love to walk in snow so this was a pefect combination.
Whether you come here in summer or in winter, whether you are young or old, Saas Fee has a lot to offer.
In winter it is the place for any skibum or snowboardfreak.
Due to its altitude, the village is located at 1800m above sealevel and the highest skislopes are situated at 3500m above sealevel, you can enjoy snowactivities year round.
In summer Saas Fee is an excellent area for anyone who enjoys the mountains. Walking, hiking, climbing, biking are examples of possible activities.
