Hotel & room are cosy and elegantly furnished.
Luxurious room with LCD TV and minibar, large and luxurious bathroom with "extras". No noise. Terrace (3rd floor) with chairs and table.
Hotel is in a quiet location, yet close to the town center. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Reasonable priced for single room in 4-star hotel, compared to other accomodation in Zermatt.
