I stayed two nights at this place. Althougt it was suppose to be a 4* hotel, I was very disappointed by the quality of the service and the room. The staff were not so helpful and showed a lack of professionnalism. My room had a ridiculous tiny TV and no cable... The bathroom was out-of-date (I presume no renovation made since ages...). The dinner and the home-made wine were poor. For all these reasons I could only recommend you to choose another address to enjoy your Zermatt stay. Just look to my tips above.
