Bungee Jumping

Are you brave enough to jump from a dam ?
Well not really a common dam, this is James Bond dam, where the famous actor jumped in Goldeneye movie.

220 mt high, looking from the top you will really feel the Adrenaline, and then 3-2-1 bungeeeeeeeeeeeee.

The dam is a little far from Lugano, is really close to Locarno, up in the valley.

"Day 2: Locarno"

Since Switzerland was a small country, we thought it would be hard to escape the rain that was expected over the next few days. Christian had a great idea though, to go to Locarno. Locarno is a town off of Lago Maggiore in the Italian part of Switzerland. It supposedly gets 2200 hours of sunshine a year, most out of any place in the country. While the weather this day wasn't good, it was supposed to be fine from Tuesday. Most of this day was spent enjoying views from the high mountain passes. While most people, or guys, probably would enjoy the driving on the tight turns along the mountain edge, I often had thoughts of the car sliding off down the cliff.

It was a beautiful windy, sunday day in Locarno. The air was smelling so fresh and the feeling of being a part of this natural beauty can't bedescribed in words. You MUST visit Locarno.

"Hotels & Buildings"

The hotels, houses and buildings in Locarno are a bit different in their design and structure. You must carefully notice this point. There are more colourful then the buildings in surrounding towns. This is one of the special things about Locarno that its a 'Geniune City' and nothing is 'Copied'. Atleast, this is what i felt! I might be wrong.... but... you should see and then let me know if i was wrong ;-)

I dunno if there is a special name of this lake but in Switzerland if there is a lake close to a city of touching the shores of a city then most of the times the lake has got the same name as the City.
