Small Rooms and Big Prices
I was advised to spend a night here while visiting the ABB facility. It was a nice enough hotel, part of the Best Western chain. The price was a bit on the high side for what you get.
As you can see, the room was very small. The bathroom was just big enough to walk in. With the door closed you just have to walk one step and be at the sink, in the shower or at the toilet.
The bed was comfortable, even though it was very thin and slightly hard. I had to play with the radiator valves to get the heat working.
Look at the photos and remember it cost me $170 to stay here, and internet cost another $25.
Unique Quality: Very high prices for a very small room.
I stayed at the Du Parc during a session of meetings in Baden for 3 days. It is a very practical and conviniently located hotel, quite close to the railway station.
The rooms size is reasonable, not too big and not too small. The TV programs are crap, but that's the same all over Switzerland.
Unique Quality: The usual facilities for a business traveller are there. The downside is, that you have to pay a lot for internet access.
Directions: Close to the Railway station
