    Grand Hotel Jungfrau Victoria is THE place to live for people who care for a perfect room and excellent service, without having to care as well for the price....
    They have an indoor-pool, wellness-area, garage, several restaurants, all set up perfectely with cloth-napkins and prices twice as high as usual.

    All of the rooms face the famous Hoehematte, a meadow with the best "Jungfrau-blick" ,( the view on the Jungfrau).
    This meadow was bought by the 1st owner of the hotel and given as a donation to the village of Interlaken in the 19th century , with the demand to leave it like it was.

    The stay at this Hotel is truely unique. You will be pampered from the time you enter this establishment. You pay for it so enjoy it. This place had everything. Highly recommened but it costs plenty. Check out the web site provided.

    I LOVED the heated tiles in the bathroom. It was nice if you had to take a late night/early morning stroll into the bathroom. Every Room faces forward looking at the mountains. The first night there, I looked outside my room at an open field and clouds all around, not being to see anything in the distance. The next morning cows were lounging on the lawn and the enormous mountains made their presence known. I was taken aback from the breathtaking view from my room.

    When staying at this Hotel a great idea is to have breakfast/lunch/dinner on your room balcony. It would be a waste to stay inside anywhere in Intelaken.

    This **** hotel isn't cheap and mind you: dinner is not included in the price which is quite high. (breakfast is included and will be grandiose!)

    But then don't we all know that Switzerland is EXPENSIVE for holidaymakers??

    This hotel is famous: it is renowned all over the world since 1856........
    It offers a magnificent view on the JUNGFRAU and is really one of the BEST hotels of Switzerland!

    And of course it has lots on offer such as: a SAUNA, an indoor golf course, a fitness room and first and foremost: a 1st class CUISINE.....such an extra to complete your holiday / stay!
