Depending on where you are flying in and out of, Lauterbrunnen is fairly easy to reach via Bern and then Interlaken. Bern can be reached from Geneva, Zurich, or Basel if you are coming from Germany, Frankfurt for instance.Approximate travel times are:
Basel - 2-3 hours
Berne - 1-2 hours
Geneva - 3-4 hours
Frankfurt - 5-6 hours
Lugano - 4-5 hours
Zurich - 2-3 hours
