very comfortable
We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have always been impressed by the friendly welcome and their attention to detail. We usually take a room with a balcony with great views across the Bernese Oberland. The rooms are spacious and clean, the dining room is well proportioned so you're not rubbing shoulders with the people at the next table. We always take half board. The evening meals are generally 3 or 4 courses(wine is extra).

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have always been impressed by the friendly welcome and their attention to detail.
