It is really unfair of me to use the McD's picture, but I don't have one of the hotel and it is right next door. This is a very nice hotel with wonderful meusli for breakfast (among other things) which is included in the price of the room.
Very convenient location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
We got off to a rocky start at the Comfort Hotel Post - the room we were given was already occupied by someone, which we found out when we walked in and thankfully just saw their suitcases, not them.
The mix up continued early the next morning when housekeeping thought our room was empty and just waltzed in without a knock. Not impressed.
But, we did enjoy our stay. The hotel is located in the old town, on a pedestrianised street, and was nice and quiet.
Our room was spacious and in good condition. The bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was 'continental' buffet style, with an adequate selection of the usual stuff. Would stay again if we found ourselves back in Chur.

Although not in the center of town, the old town is within 3 miuntes by bus or a twenty minute walk. The ambience of the area is non-existent, right by the freeway and car dealerships, so if you want to wake up to the cathedral bells, don't stay here. Having gotten the cons out of the way, this hotel is wonderful. The rooms are huge by european standards and come with modern amenities. The rooms have a large floor to ceiling window in back overlooking the garden. The bathroom is big. The beds are comfy, with the wonderful swiss duvets. There is an on-site patio cafe that is popular with locals and had has good food.
