Diavolezza is a wonderfull daytrip from St.Moritz
Diavolezza with a hight of 2978 m above sealevel is one of the best places to go and touch the snow even in summertime: All of my photos here were made in August, thats the hottest month in Switzerland ! A cablecar gets you up to Diavolezza in summer and winter. And even in summer the glacier gets pretty close to the upper station of the cablecar. They have a good restaurant there, it is shown in my main photo. You can get to the cablecar-station also by train.

Perfect Winter Wonderland

St. Moritz by far is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. I went in December, the snow was thick, and to someone who has never seen snow before, it had a strange effect on me and my family. Suddenly everyone turned 12yrs old again, my father even joining in with a snowball fight. It was the most enjoyable holiday I can remember for a long time!
