Quality, value & location.
We stayed for two nights in a large, by European standards, double room which was clean, well serviced and had all the amenities we needed.
We were at the back of the hotel. The rooms at the front overlook the lake, some have balconies.
We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but there's a lobby bar with a very nice terrace where we had coffee and drinks.
The staff were friendly and efficient and spoke English.
Unique Quality: Location of the hotel is excellent, a short and very pleasant stroll along the lakefront into the centre of the city. The room was large by European standards.
