We booked this hotel online and maybe that was a mistake. When we arrived to check in and gave our names and confirmation information, they told us the reservation was for two people. There was four in our party and the printed reservation I took with proved my point. They looked at us like we were crazy and simply making it up. Needless to say, they reluctantly provided us a room.
For the price, there's nothing really unique about this hotel.
Avoid this hotel if you don't want to spoil your trip to Luzern. There are only 2 good things about it: convenient location and nice exterior look. Otherwise: small rooms with stuffy air, useless receptionists and poor breakfast. It was also a big issue to find a parking. Hotel is surrounded by "blue", "yellow" and "white" parking zones, however it is difficult to find a vacant one at any time.
