Good Value
I stayed here 4 nights on a business trip. The place is very clean and comfortable. Rates are good unless you stay when a concert is on. 145 Francs went up to 245 francs for the night a concert was playing across the street. Restaurant is OK. Breakfast buffet is excellent, dinner off the menu is fair.
The staff is really helpful and friendly.
Only complaint is that the outside noise is hard to ignore, especially during events at the Messe across the street.
The airport and central Zurich is easy to get to by train or tram, both as short walk from the hotel. Can get from you room to your airplane gate in less than 1/2 hour.

Best Hotel deal at the airport
I needed affordable lodging in Zurich for my stopover enroute from London to Tel Aviv and found the Holiday Inn Express at the airport to be the best deal by far!
The hotel offered free shuttle from the airport to the hotel every 30 minutes.
Free breakfast.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, all the amenities you'd expect in a hotel.
Unique Quality: The hotel is down the road a bit from the airport with a view of the Swiss Rail tracks on one side and the planes taking off from Zurich International on the other.
It does not offer a pool, has an elevator, card key locks, free breakfast, complimentary shuttle from the airport and as an extra bonus complimentary shuttle to Zurich; drop off is at the main train station.
I paid $89 a night and when you factor in the cost of a basic breakfast and the cost of taxis from the airport and to Zurich this truly is a bargain.
The staff were very friendly and spoke English and Spanish in addtion to French, German and Italian.
