The rooms are very small but have a private bathroom. Some rooms include a view of the lake. A standard continental breakfast is included. It has a convenient location, right behind the Opera House and a short walk to the old town. This hotel is a bit expensive for what it is, but I couldn't find anything more reasonable in October and this was a business trip, so I didn't have a choice of staying too far from our work location.
