A decent 3-star hotel located not too far from the city center either by foot or with the strassenbahn. Quite inexpensive about EUR 100 per night for a double, including breakfast buffet.
Easy to find and to get to. Parking available. On the no. 13 & no. 4 tram line. 1 km from the city centre close to shopping locals shops & restaurants in the neighborhood good breakfast buffet clean rooms, furnished simply
It was an OK hotel. By that i mean it was not very good and it was not bad either. I was warned by locals that the area surrounding the hotel is not nice. Noise, drug addicts. But I did not feel uncomfortalbe there. It really is a bit hippie area of Zürich. If you have a family vacation, book another hotel. If you like to party with friends, this is for you. Hotel has no air conditioning so in the summer you have to keep windows open. Passing trams will wake you up. And some drunken partygoers who are going home.
They had a good breakfast. Internet available in lobby.
Hotel has a restaurant with a large terrace. It's a trendy place to drink and have something to eat while grabbing few beers and drinks. Couple of flatscreens was showing football and most of the clients were watching the game. There was barbeque grill in the terrace. There is a garage, which is nice if you have a car.
