Dining with the manager of Les Mazots
Les Mazot is a restaurant on a ski slope just above Les Diablarets. There is a ski lift in Les Diablarets that will take you directly to Les Mazot. Of course it was summer so the ski lift was not running. We took a bus trip up to Les Mazot. The restaurant is not only on a ski slope but is also surrounded by cattle and dairy farms. As a result they make fresh cheese here at the restaurant every day. You are also welcome to visit the cheese manufacturing area and watch the process.
