no hotel anymore - just appartments for sale
This is the former Maloja Palace Hotel, that was newly renovated and is now obviously sold appartment by appartment to rich investors.
Unique Quality: This former Grand-Hotel is a good excample for the changing hotel-market in Switzerland. Nowadays its totally impossible to fill such giant hotels at remote places with ordinary tourists. You can eighter try to fill it with cheap bustourists or - much better : sell the house appartment by appartment to rich investors...
