Samaden in the Engadin
Samaden is a cross road town in the Engadin. When arriving here by train from Chur, you will have to change for Pontresina/Bernina or Scuol/Tarasp, as your train is going to St. Moritz.
The Engadin is famous in winter for skiing and its annual cross-country skiing marathon in the beginning of March.
In summer and autumn it is popular for hiking.
