No high standard, but you will find everything you need: Bank machine and exchange, restaurant, open all night, english speaking personal at the check-in which will help you if you search for anything, Security personal in the hall, everything is OK. Taxi in front of the door but also possible to walk to the city centre.
I have been there twice and I will certainly go there again. Good value for the price. Room for one night is starting with 220 Griwna (about 40 USD), a price list is hanging on the right side behind the counter. If they want to give you a more expensive room - look at the price list!
Main road of Kharkiv and about half an hour to walk to the center.
