Of the air-conditioned rooms or non are proposed you. The hotel is pleasant, even though the comfort is rather Spartan.
The panoramic restaurant, to the last floor proposes some brekfeast very complete, real meals, in a matted ambiance, at a time kitch and elegant.
Since the small terrace that gives on the elevators, you will have a very beautiful view on Kiev and the botanical garden.

The staff were helpful and professional. The room was very basic but clean as and the new weatern style bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was ok but expect to be hungry by the time you walk to the city.
My only surprise was the phone call to me room at 11.30pm (i was asleep at the time) asking me did i want an "Erotic massage" in my room. After i put the phone down i could hear the phone ringing in the neighbouring rooms and above. I had read about this but never believed it.
Website shows a fitness room but i did not see any signs for it. Ok for the price i guess.
Best feature is is location, train station 7 minutes, city centr nice 15 minute walk. Metro across the street.
