A Good Choice for Lugansk
I stayed here on my first visit to lugansk in 2005, not knowing what to expect. The hotel was clean and tidy and I had a trouble-free stay. I booked a junior suite which I was very happy with, being very comfortable and spacious (at the time I believe a paid about $50/night for this). The hotel is in a good location in the centre of the city, also within walking distance of restaurants and bars. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

A: "Lugansk is known to host a girlie mafia (sometimes - it does not even has to do with Lugansk!). So be aware. Otherwise try to get to Kiev, Aerosvit offers NYC-Kiev-NYC..."
