An old hotel (about 120 years old: marble stairs, parquet, stucco - but no major renovation since) A bit like the sleeping beauty which I will not be able to a afford after the major renovation.
No high standard today, everything is a bit used up, but very clean, nice english speaking staff at the counter which will help you to find anything you search, good breakfast, if you come home late at night the security-man will open the door for you.
I had a large room with TV, shower and toilet. Price about 230 Griwna (about 42 USD) per night.
Very close to the city centre, in 5 minutes you walk anywhere you want.
I have no high requiremants and I was very happy there.
The entrance is a little bit difficult to find.
I have been there for a week and I would certainly go there again.
