Hotel Podillya: Just off the main road

This hotel seemed to be the most upmarket one with 3 stars in the center of town. It is just off Independence Square (Maidan).

Hotel Ukraina: An architectural gem

Unfortunately, I couldn't stay in this blue and white hotel as it was full. But the people are very helpful and booked me in Hotel Vinnitsa from the same Savoy company.

Hotel Vinnitsa: Right on the main street

Hotel Vinnitsa belongs to the Savoy company. I wanted to stay in the lovely blue Ukraina but it was apparently full, so they booked me across the street but the reception and payment was in the Ukraina which also belongs to the Savoy company. Because I obviously didn't quite understand where I had to go, someone walked me over.

The room had a bathroom as well and was refurbished. The only drawback was that the chandelier glass pieces were tingling each time a tram rumbled down the street although I was in a room on the back side of the building. So you may have to bring earplugs. There was a fridge in the room and BBC world channel on TV.

I payed 153 UAH, but I don't remember how much that is in another currency.
