I stayed at the Levant hotel in May of 2008, and overall, I do not recommend this hotel.
The hotel management is incompetent and will allow their guests to do whatever they want , at whatever time they want. What this means, is that, I can guarantee that you will not be able to sleep at night without being awaken at least 3 times each night. There are other hotels in Yalta that do a much better job, and it would be best to stay in another hotel (unless you enjoy wearing earplugs). Also, only one half of the beach is now available to the guests, the other half is now being used by the neighboring hotel, so there is not a lot of beachfront swimming area.
The Hotel itself is located inside the park, and it is a very pleasant walk from the hotel to the city center (but, do stay on the lighted trails at night if you are not walking with a group of people). The housecleaning staff did a wonderful job, and the view to the ocean is fantastic. Leave a Comment
