This is the island in between Lamb Holm and South Ronaldsay.
Seems to be popular with the diving community - Scapa Flow is to the west and it is full of wrecks. Most are probably war graves (and so not open to divers) being where the German fleet scuttled in WW I.
I was there for the beach - white, empty and gorgeous.
