"Warm enough boys ??????"
Bought a tent on E-Bay and decided to take myself with my 3 boys,off into the Forest of Dean for a spot of camping.
Coleford itself is an average size town,full of the usual ammenities,pubs,shops and restaurants,an excellent golf course,(didnt have time to play,maybe later in the year !!)
The tent went up without any trouble,only later we discovered it was on a bit of a slope !!!!.When I woke up 3ft from where I started !!!!!!!!
Great weather in the day.....Bit chilly in the evenings...so cold in fact that as Chepstows only 30 minutes away,we went back for some more bedding.....no point in being cold...
I only went back for my boys ,not me,I'm sure you understand that !!ddi
"Pitching our "abode""
We put Sam in chatge of the camera while us 3 struggled away with the tent,its been a while since I've had to put up a tent,but Billy and Charlies help we soon managed....AND NO RAISED VOICES !!!! NOT EVEN BY ME...
