Worst in Coronation Road

I happened to need a room for a week in Coronation Road, Bristol.
Landlord speaks bad english and his wife even worse. They accept credit cards but charge 1£ for each payment (and Visa charged me again too!).
Furniture in the room is awful, only three small dwawers, a couple of small wobbly tables and no wardrobe. Bed is double and confortable.
It isn't possible to open one of the two windows and the other is also broken because requires to place somethings to keep the sash up.
The hot water tap doesn'work.
Carpet is really dusty but towels and sheets seem clean.
First day they did not clean the room and at my arrival in the bin there was litter from the previous guest.
There are 18 room in the guest house and only two toilets. Only one washer works (its a tin box) and there is a notice saying "very hot water": it really boiling! You cannot have just warm water even if you set the wheel on full cold.
Breakfast is cheap and lunch room a mess.
Alpha Guest house is as expensive as all other guest houses in Coronation Road (Camden, Glanville, Avonside, Raglan) but it's absolutely to avoid.

Unique Quality: Shower without cold water.
They never clean the room.
Credit card accepted but charge 1£.
Satellite TV.
