4 star B&B, pricey and small

Now i've been in quite a few B&B's, guest houses around the world, I booked this through laterooms.com, as a en-suite single room, which discounted from the usual £65 -> £40, wasn't a bad deal for cambridge, with accom being very pricey..
Its around 4 miles from town, next to the hospital, so number 1 bus will take you there, Do not take number 2 bus, it takes 30 mins longer,,
Anyway, I arrived at 9pm,, quite tired and bemused by the crazy map on laterooms,, found it, found my credit card was already charged so paying with cash was out,, even though I brought it. Then after a quick intro on local amentites by my host, I was promptly led to another building, 2 houses down, and went upstairs to the smallest room I've ever encounted for an ensuite in 20 years of travelling..
Literally enough room to spin on your toes and there's the bed with the tv bolted to the wall above your feet and bumping into the sink onto the way to the toilet,
The shower was powerful and clean, and breaki served from 0830, I had a quick munch and was on my way..
All in all, not alot of quality for money, a lack of explaination by either laterooms or the website on the size of the room,
Quite a dis-appointment really..

Unique Quality: Close to local bus routes, 4 star.
