Not far from the city centre
We chose this guesthouse for two reasons - first because it is located on a quiet road facing a park and second because the website said they had huge breakfasts. Another factor was that it is still walking distance to the city centre but cheaper than most of the other accommodation there.
It is a nice enough place - nothing fancy and maybe a little bit scruffy around the edges but it was very clean and the owners were friendly.
The area is a Victorian residential area and was very quiet.
Unique Quality: There are about 6 rooms and ours had a nice view overlooking the park. The breakfast was huge with no fewer than 12 different types of dry cereals, a cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, tomotoes and mushrooms, toast and a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
