Considering the Rowton Hall Hotel in Chester?

This is not a huge museum but its free and has some interesting exhibits. A time line and video of historical events in Chester was especially interseting - seeing how Chester evolved over the centuries and how it may look in the future.This model of old roman Chester in the museum caught my eye. Fortress Deva was built Ad 74-77 and was designed to a playing card shape. The walls enclosed a 24 hectare area with the streets and military buildings laid out in a standard grid pattern.
