Summer Jobs

by blonde_girl774

Hi, myself and my friend are both 21 and looking for a summer job in Newquay - ideally restaurant, bar or hotel work. Any info would be great, thank you!

Your local Job Centreplus office may be able to help - they have details of national vacancies on their computers.

Yep, the job centre is a good option, or local papers will often have job ads in them too. I also find that I see quite a few "staff wanted" signs up in shop/bar/restaurant windows as I walk around town. However, I would get here sooner rather than later as these vacancies may dry up as we get further into the summer season.

im going to be doing the same! but on my own :/ im headed for newquay in late april to early may and ill stay for 6 months. so its a case of getting everything organised before i go, i may need to go down for a weekend to work out accomodation and im gonig to start aplying for jobs online from a month before i go to get nterviews lined up for the first week ill be there, plus look when i get there, it helps to save though so you at least have a little something for when you get there!!
