Raincoat which can be folded up small You can get little mini bottles in Superdrug. Boots are OK but I would use Superdrug. Also get empty bottles in there, & put some of your shampoo/conditioner into them.
I use heat Nurophen or Deep Heat patches for my back & Co-Dryzomol (get from Dr's only) for my back condition. You can hire crutches, scooters. electrick wheelchairs from Speedy (I know, awful pun!) from Falmouth but they must be ordered in advance. There's no shopmobility in Newquay.
See your Dr or nurse as soon as you can to get repeat prescriptions - get enough for the trip and a bit extra, saves hastle bealive me. Sand & cameras don't mix. Bandanas are good for tying up your hair. mouth sheilds against flying sand etc.
Torch for those unexpected nights out
Whistle or emergency alarm When travelling instead of buying cups of rea, take your own.
Wear a money belt under your clothes
Keep back those little black plastic forks you get with pasta pots, they are most handy
