Pick a bright Day
by Geoff_Wright
It's not always 'bright and beautiful' in Cornwall. Due to the time restrictions that Julian (our guest) had, we had to go there on a rather cloudy day. However, once in the Biomes, the outside climate pales in to insignificance! Once outside, due to the location of the exhibit (secluded, low-liying, and South-facing) the climate is still quite mild, even in the early Spring.
Some time ago, my VT friend Glenn (Bwana Brown) asked the name of our large-leaved Cornish wayside plants. So, Glenn, just for you, here are some Gunnera from South America! It's nice to sit here, by this tranquil pond, and just look around. Great for 'People Watching', haha.
Your Routemap to Eden
by Geoff_Wright
On your arrival at Eden, you will be provided with a little brochure, explaining what Eden is about. The brochure has a map in it, but you will also find these handy boards scattered outside, which should provide you with most of the information you need. There are obviously many staff here, very willing to help explain things, as well as guides.
