Rose Cottage
The Talland Bay Hotel sits on top of the cliffs overlooking Talland Bay set in well kept grounds and a great location to be based in to visit the local sites (such as Eden) and bustle of Looe and Polperro in the summer months and as a stop over on the way down to Penzance and Land's End . If you are going away for a romantic weekend I would advise you to take one of the rooms in the two rose cottages. You will feel that you have escaped to your own cottage in the country. If you are really lucky there could be no one else to share the cottage with you then this is wonderful...!!! since they are not attached to the main hotel you are in the right element to be romantic....away from other guests and the hotel ambience but with all the services available. Within the hotel is the Terrace Restaurant which is worth a visit to indulge yourself in some fine local produce. The hotel is mentioned in the doomsday book.That is nearly a thousand years ago...... wow!!! Set in an area of outstanding beauty.
