"Learning English*"
Long ago,back in 1979,my father got contact with an English family who lived here in Darlington.
He decided to send me along with my older sister to stay with this family for the summer to learn and practice English.
I revisited it again in 1984 and 1985,then we lost contact with this family as we both changed addresses.
When I got the internet connection,the first thing I did was to search for them.
In 2005 I finally got to reunite with the lady host...Mrs.Jones,I made sure to take my kids with me to meet her,the reunion was filled with joyfull tears!
"Yup! that's me!"
