Value and convenience
The accommodation was clean, spacious and conveniently located. OK it had no character or charm and looked like all the other Travel Inns that I’ve stayed in, but at GBP 55.00 a night for a room that slept 3 comfortably it was very good value.
Best feature : it connects directly to the Lakeland Gale pub next door (a Brewers Fayre) so no need to go outside in the rain and negotiate around the car park with my 3 year old. The pub also has a large activity area for kids which includes a video monitor so you can keep an eye on them from the bar.
Unique Quality: No views, pool, gym or anything other than the basics really, but that's refelcted in the price.
