The hotel is situated in a fairly new business park on the outskirts of the city, close to the motorway. There is a reasonably good daytime bus service to the business park and to the Park & Ride just across the road. An evening taxi ride from Exeter St David's station cost about £10.
The hotel is very new, and the rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was probably the worst we have ever had. Vile reconstituded fruit juice, weak coffee, rubbery croissants.
Although we booked a special "pre-payed" weekend rate on their website - £49 a night for a twin room - they quoted £70/night on the room card when we checked in. They seemed happy enough to correct this when we pointed it out on the first day, but when we came to check out they tried charging us £70 for the second night. Again, they didn't seem to have a problem correcting this, but very poor nonetheless.
None whatsoever.
