Terrible Customer Service
A truly awful experience, the staff are the worst I have come accross and are consistantly rude and unhelpful. I really could not believe that such a low standard was possible in the liesure industry.
As for the accomodation, it is very tired,there is a stale smell in the corridors and the rooms. The evening meal is average though takes a very long time to arrive, the breakfast is nothing more than pathetic.
Please do not waste your money or time at this hotel.
