not a review more of an enquiry
I would like to ask if anyone is having problems getting through to this hotel. I have booked for a week away end of may i phoned last week to make final payment but i have tried to ring again this week to ask where my letter of confirmation is for this payment is as i havent recieved it and no one is answering the phone and mobile is switched off. was wondering if anyone else has had same problems. before i take the matter further i would appreciate an email if so to lantra@ntlworld.com thanks
