Braving the hills of Paignton - Training Phase II

--- during the week I also decided to tackle some hills - as there are MANY steep ones in Paignton (I happen to live on top of one of them)...
From top of the hill - down to the office and back - with full backpack.
steep > 17% - 25% + yeiii
Now that might not sound quite exciting - but.... the hills here are rather steep, bit like San Francisco actually....
so I have a 30 minute work out in the mornings and another 40 minutes (yes uphill - with about 10kg of backpack strapped to me uff) haha...
It will do my thighs the world of good and also get me a deeper breathing rythme and strenghten my lower back for the upcoming adventure.
So it's worth getting up earlier :)
