Good Hotel Value Hotel and now with Internet

This hotel is more like an American motel with its accomodation block fronted by the car park and rooms accessed directly from outside, rather than a central corridor. As mid-market budget hotels go this one is fine - decent sized rooms, good standard of housekeeping, friendly and helpful front desk staff. With its out of town location this is probably more suited to the business traveller but then falls down on the lack of a proper internet connection, offering only dial-up via the room phone at the hotel phone rates.

UPDATE October 2009. The hotel now offers WiFi throughout!!!

Unique Quality: One useful little extra here is the 24hr snack service - although the restaurant and bar officially close at 11pm you can still order drinks and snacks from the reception at any time of day or night. And for those of us who hate getting up too early there is a late-riser breakfast served until midday, everyday, and a late checkout option at weekends - until 2pm.
