Friendly Dartmoor Hotel
Well positioned hotel on the edge of Dartmoor with staggeringly beautiful views. The staff really care about their visitors and go the extra mile to ensure you have a good stay. Food is brilliant, both the steakhouse and breakfast. Steakhouse is open to non-residents so make sure you book a table in advance. Rooms are fairly basic but very clean and adequate. We'll certainly be going again as there is so much to explore in the area.
Unique Quality: Apart from the food and friendly staff, the hotel's best feature is it's position - surrounded by moor land but only 20 minutes from the heart of Plymouth - It even has sea views!!
