As with most Devon towns you'll find all the help and info you need at the Tourist Information Centre here in Tavi. Here they'll assist with booking accommodation, offer ideas about things to do and have all the public transport timetables for getting out and about.
The staff are local, knowledgeable and friendly. There's plenty of freebie maps and brochures and also a little gift/souvenir shop.
This is located in at the back of the Town Hall, where the Pannier Market is.
The website for the TIC doesn't seem to exist but this independent one does the job just as well- tavistock-devon. It is however contactable by phone on 01822 612938
