Awful place
We recently stayed at the Norcliffe Hotel and were very disappointed. The owner every meal time when you are eating would come around with the breakfast menu and interrupt you whilst you were having your meal. He would also pester you and is rude to people. There is only about two members of staff we ever saw (and they looked miserable). We also noticed that he liked to belittle the staff in front of the guests. Not very well run! The lady in the establishment was very miserable and blunt. The rooms are out dated and old. A KID SERVING BEHIND THE BAR!!!!
Unique Quality: The good points are that the meals were good. The rooms even though outdated were clean. Wont be staying here again though we wanted a holiday where we could relax not be pestered!!!
