An all round 10 out of 10 for this little guest house.
Admittedly I got a freebie upgrade to a double en-suite for the same price as my booked single which maybe skews this review but nevertheless I found this place perfect for my requirements.
The central location is ideal for everything you could want to do around Torbay. The harbour is just down the road, as is the main shopping centre. For travel further afield the Strand bus stops are similarly located.
Unique Quality: Immaculate room, comfy bed and spot-on WiFi suitably impressed me as did the general welcomeness of the hosts. Good breakfast too.
Also useful for me was the smoking patio out back where the WiFi also worked.
