whats the bournemouth nightlife like this time of year at the weekends?

is it still very busy in the town on friday and saturday nights?

bournemouth , like any other uk city/town has busy nightlife all year round on friday and saturdays, note the latter will be busier.

have always enjoyed bournemouth for nightclubbing but getting a bit passed it now, there is always loads of places to go and of course us southerners are real friendly. p.s. there is good nightlife in southampton as well

Yes, agree with first reply - it's still very busy this time of year. You'll still have to queue, but not a badly as in the spring/summer/autumn.

OK But Uninspired

As Indian restaurants go this one is merely OK. The only time I ate here there was only one other table occupied and the place was a bit soulless.

Decor and the sitar twang-twang music are bit too kitschy for my tastes and the menu is far too familiar, lacking any individual touches.

Staff are friendly enough but on a quiet night seemed more interested in getting finished than looking after their customers. I can't remember exactly what I had - shows how inspiring it was - but it was OK, otherwise I would have remembered.

I do remember it being not particularly cheap though.
