(Apologies to Poole residents - Poole Harbour isn't really in Bournemouth)Poole Harbour, the tour guides say, is the 'second largest natural harbour in the world' after Sydney. Well, that sounds like bollocks to me, but it really is a beautiful place to be. You can either take a boat trip round it from Poole Quay, or take the same boat to Brownsea Island, home of Red Squirrels, pine trees and beautiful views all around the harbour.
