didnt even get chance to stay and will never be booking there again, booked a few rooms for hen party but I needed to cancel my bed due to the fact been rushed into hospital with a complication with my pregnancy, Nick Head the owner advised he could swap the room to a smaller one because Ive already paid for one night but he isnt going to be cause he cant be bothered and doesnt want to, emergencies are not his problem and he doesnt care, refused to email the terms and conditions and not only screamed shouted and used abusive language he also slammed down the phone on me becuase his words were he couldnt be bothered listening - so many places in brighton not worth the upset

Unique Quality: if the hotel is anything like the owner - no qaulities at all

I was going to a few antique auctions nearby, and I decided to stay here for the night. It was costly and to be honest not very modern as some of our european counterpart would have for the money. In a nutshell it was okay, but nothing out of the ordinary..
