The Dove

The Dove Hotel is completely substandard. Having stayed here during the peak season when it might be expected that a hotel would be at its highest level of readiness to serve and impress its customers, I found it to be completely substandard. From the lack of simple in room amenities such as drinking glasses, to plumbing problems, right on up to, and most especially, a complete lack of professionalism displayed by the hotel staff and especially the hotel manager. The treatment that I received from the hotel staff was simply horrible. They showed a lack of responsiveness to my needs, and an attitude of disinterest and general laziness with regard to their work duties.

I would strongly suggest that if you are considering this hotel for your stay in brighton, you should look very hard elsewhere and this hotel should only be used as a very last resort.
